excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms is
Vienna, Austria, Austria, insofar as this is permitted by law.
Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
